It's called the Tlayuda vegetariana (vegan). bean paste Oaxaca quesillo Broccoli Cauliflower Without the rest of the things. When I asked if there's anything on there that isn't mentioned in the menu he thought and said pork. So I asked for no pork. Hot tip. It's not spicy so that's good. Apparently I'm not a fan of quesillo (not to self) My partner had chilaquiles chorizo - she would have it again. Doesn't come with egg, which she would add. Coffee had a ton of cinnamon, that she liked but very sweet. Huge portions.

Super glad I decided to stop by here for dinner! I ordered the enchiladas de mole with a side of black beans and a half sweet/half unsweetened (basically half sweet) cafe de olla. The waiter brought over chips and salsa which I killed almost completely before the entree came - that salsa was amazing. The food came out and it was smothered in the velvety, chocolatey mole that I love so much. This spot makes theirs a little more on the sweet chocolate side than most places, but I realized that I prefer it this way, so it was perfect. The enchiladas come full of shredded chicken and by the 3rd one, I was stuffed. I will say the black beans were a surprise, because I was expecting whole black beans, but instead they were a puree. Which, were great, don't get me wrong, but I was not expecting that. Overall a great meal, friendly staff and reasonable prices! Definitely will be back!

Me and my husband decided to check this place out as we were in the area. When we arrived, there was only one other couple dining there. The restaurant was practically empty. We were immediately seated. It did take our server a while to take our drinks order, but we weren't in a hurry, so we didn't mind. My husband ordered the Horchata. He said it was "okay" as he isn't used to the drink being mixed with lime flavor. I ordered the water. We ordered our food. My husband ordered the Carne Asada fries, and I ordered the chilaquiles with green sauce, sunny side up eggs and chicken for an additional $3. We waited about 20-30 minutes for our food, and it arrived. My husband enjoyed his fries and said the meat was good and tasted fresh. I also really enjoyed my chilaquiles. This place is more on the pricey side, but still good to check out if you are in the mood for Oaxaca food!

I've been wanting to check out this place when they first opened. It did not disappoint! I had the enchiladas de pollo con mole, and it's VERY filling! The mole was rich and well balanced. Very flavorful. It's a small restaurant with a homey vibe. Great for lunch or dinner, although they also serve breakfast until late into the afternoon.
